This tag refers to the limited edition McDonalds drink made to celebrate the birthday of the McDonalds character Grimace. In the time the shake was available, there was a video trend with the hashtag #GrimaceShaks where someone would drink the shake, typically say happy birthday, and then the video would cut to the consumer dead/suffering presumably by drinking the drink.
In 2012, McDonald's Corp tweeted from their official account that Grimace was "the embodiment of a milkshake, though others still insist he's a taste bud." The account tweeted something slimilar in 2014, saying "Grimace lore says he is the embodiment of a milkshake or a taste bud."
A possible background connection that connects with the GrimaceShake video's being posted online
Grimace was first introduced in the McDonaldland media franchise in 1972 as "Evil Grimace". In the 1980s, McDonald's created the character Uncle O'Grimacey (a relative of Grimace) to promote Shamrock Shakes in March.
Basically intending to all of this, the milkshake is for ONLY the people who know of grimace get to enjoy the drink inspired by him while celebrating his birthday
And to those who Drink the shake of not knowing who grimace is will meet a terrible demise.
